James W. McCaig: A Psychological Overview

Is McCaig so fragile, so delicate a jungle blossom he actually suffers anxiety about my bicycling wardrobe? Perhaps.

More likely in my opinion McCaig has fallen to a common ruse of seeking an illusion of superiority or validation via criticism. Such ruse is common among those who secretly doubt their own adequacy. Those without such self-doubt don’t need the ruse. I don’t care about McCaig’s wardrobe. Who does?

The communication obstacle here, McCaig’s accusatory personality may project, may misinterpret constructive, even valuable charitable insight as an attack, rather than a viable, powerful, effective path to permanent relief by criteria McCaig has defined.

Psychiatrist Thomas Szasz explains:

“Every act of conscious learning requires the willingness to suffer an injury to ones self-esteem.” “Pride and vanity can thus be greater obstacle to learning than stupidity.” Szasz MD

As long as McCaig blames others for McCaig suffering the consequences of McCaig’s own manifold misdeeds, McCaig is likely to continue to suffer the consequences.

McCaig breaks the law, and then blames the consequences on his victim.

Pathetically, then McCaig turns to that deliberately assailed victim seeking charitable consequence relief.

I bought & operate the camera to document McCaig’s human-life threatening criminal misconduct. I have the evidence to prove it, BECAUSE I operate the camera McCaig objects to here.

If the welfare of myself and my neighbors were not in danger, why would I need the camera?

Additional corroboration McCaig blames his victim:

How many others has McCaig tried to run over?

At issue here, this is not merely a one time defect of ill-temper unrepresentative of a more civilized personality.

James W. McCaig is a sociopath *. McCaig has sustained an 8 year long violent crime spree against a retiree, a bicyclist now 70 years old, that has never once done McCaig wrong. And then McCaig appeals to the victim of McCaig’s violent crimes for relief.

A fluke?

It is not an exception. McCaig repeats the pattern often, here for example:

“If you’re unsafe going another route .” McCaig

The problem?

“I am asking you that as a man .” McCaiG

If McCaig acted as an adult none of the rest of this would be an issue.

As long as McCaig blames his victim instead of acknowledging, or perhaps even recognizing his own culpability what is the prospect of an end to McCaig’s self-inflicted vexations? McCaig wants to continue his crime spree, but wants the consequences to stop? “I am asking you that as a man .” McCaiG

No you’re not Jimmy. If you behaved as an adult, you wouldn’t be in your situation of asking favors of your victim. I’ve met several men in my 70 year lifetime. Never has any of them made any such request of me.

Ironcially:

Any problem I have with McCaig results from McCaig criminal misconduct. And

any problem McCaig has with me (including those stated above) results from McCaig’s criminal misconduct.

When McCaig stops breaking the law, the source of McCaig’s distress on this issue ends. Is McCaig man enough to understand that? If he were, would he need to have it explained to him publicly here?

We will soon learn McCaig’s true priority. If McCaig is unwilling to relinquish the enjoyment he derives from his criminal misconduct, McCaig’s violent crime spree will continue, as will the consequences he whines about.

If McCaig is man enough as McCaig claims to be, McCaig will take adult responsibility, and stop breaking the law, and stop endangering the welfare of his neighbors, this source of McCaig’s self-inflicted irritations also terminates.

Also ironic, even McCaig.Info / public shaming results from McCaig’s crime spree.

Considering McCaig’s outsized vanity he may understandably object to this disclosure, this Internet domain.

I would have preferred to not have to bother with any of this. I foolishly, naïvely gave government 8 years to put a stop to James W. McCaig’s human-life threatening violent crime spree. They have done little more than the perfunctory minimum.

Over a year ago I issued in writing an ultimatum to government.

New York State Trooper Greenwood, the very professional if humorless courier forwarded that ultimatum to the DA’s office.

My ultimatum:

– We’re going to shut this McCaig violent crime spree down.

– We’re going to shut this McCaig violent crime spree down one of two ways.

– Either we accomplish this my way and government begins to enforce the law against this most dangerous violent serial criminal in Justice Fleming’s jurisdiction, or

– I’ll handle it government’s way, and use whatever means the law obliges me to use when government is either derelict, or colluding with this dangerous violent serial criminal.

They didn’t.

Thus McCaig.Info

It ain’t pretty. But it’s pretty legal.

While I resent the confluence of the McCaig / governments adversity my neighbors and I have been subjected to here, I at least recognize the entertainment value, the amusement of the most dangerous violent serial criminal in Justice Fleming’s jurisdiction at long last receiving the comeuppance McCaig has so assiduously earned since his arrival in the town of Ohio, NY.

When house-breaking a puppy it’s called “rubbing his nose in it”.

Because I harbor malice against McCaig?

Hardly. I don’t care enough about McCaig for that.

Instead, adversity befalling a thug is culturally snicker-worthy when the malicious criminal is victimized directly by his own misdeeds. McCaig’s complaints published here result from McCaig’s own criminal misconduct. McCaig causes them, and then complains to his victim about it. – snicker –

McCaig:

if you begin to act like the adult you explicitly claim to be, if you mind your manners, if you stop threatening and or perpetrating violence against your neighbors, if you stop breaking the law, the source of the problems you explicitly protest end.

Your fate is in your own hands grasshopper. Your actions reveal your priorities. Is James W. McCaig smart enough to integrate that understanding into a reformed, resolutely law-abiding neighborhood presence? We shall see.
