2026 Update – Meet The New Guy
While bicycling on Gray – Wilmurt South of Nellis I was intercepted / overtaken by individual pictured above. He seems to have believed at 15 MPH, over the drone of his ride we could have a conversation. I have no doubt he attempted it. I’m equally certain he failed.
With sign language I informed him I had zero idea of what he had said.
After 45 seconds he withdrew.
It’s not that I have no wish to consider the insight he seemed to offer. Is it necessary for him to violate NY State motor vehicle and traffic law to do so?

And if your conversation with him swerves toward the informative J.W. you may wish to educate him on the distinction between simply not being illegal, and being Constitutionally protected. They are not the same.
