Dog Deliberately Used As Autonomous Weapon, Deliberate Attack By Dog Owner James W. McCaig (seen in the video)

The following video was taken from bicycle on Gray – Wilmurt Road.

What we see in this video:
a) We can see McCaig loitering impatiently awaiting the bicyclists arrival (return), on the easily predicted second of two transits when this routine bicycling course is used.
b) The dog owner can be seen clapping his hand for about four seconds duration, until the dog leaps to its feet, and attacks the bicyclist. Please note, the dog does not spontaneously attack of its own volition. That corroborates the fact that this was a deliberately staged criminal assault with a deadly weapon, McCaig’s pit bull dog.
c) The video can be seen to churn, the result of the camera being temporarily released from the grip of the bicyclist, where the camera is then suspended from a lanyard-like cord.
d) Once the bicyclist successfully, non-lethally defends from this deliberate dog attack, camera control is regained, showing the attack dog with paws on pavement, no leash. This is a violation of both LL 1-2010, and the local law that supersedes it, LL 2-2021, Ohio, NY’s dog ordinance McCaig has deliberately violated year after year. In fact, according to Justice Fleming, and Ohio town government records, not only has James W. McCaig violated these dog laws more than any other registered dog owner in Justice Fleming’s jurisdiction. According to Justice Fleming James W. McCaig has violated these dog laws more than all of the other dog owner in this jurisdiction COMBINED, during the tenure of McCaig’s residence here.

One may dismiss all this as pure “coincidence”. If it was the only such crime committed at this address “coincidence” might seem a plausible explanation. But this attack is but one of many over a period of years, in a multi-year, deliberately human life threatening violent crime spree.
The assertion this is a deliberately staged attack would pre-require knowledge about when the bicyclist will arrive. How could such knowledge be obtained? Please click the following thumbnail for full-screen view.

From full-screen view we can see James W. McCaig hosing shrubbery, becoming aware of the bicyclist’s Northbound transit, the first of two transits of this road frontage on a routine bicycling day.
McCaig may not know when the bicyclist is to arrive from the South, headed North, the first of two transits of the day.
But once McCaig witnesses this first Northbound transit of his Gray – Wilmurt Road frontage, McCaig then knows almost to the minute when the bicycle will return on its second or Southbound return transit of McCaig’s road frontage, because the bicyclist routinely bicycles the same bicycle course.
This makes the 2nd or return transit of this road frontage easily predictable, enabling McCaig to stage such violent crime as that seen in the video in this topic.

For those that think this is a trivial infraction, a few facts to consider.
1) It’s illegal. James W. McCaig is a dangerous violent serial criminal.
2) It is potentially consequential, as the following three part graphic demonstrates.
