This McCaig multi-year, human life threatening violent crime spree has persisted long enough, and is of sufficient potential consequence (for example of “consequence” please see “Category Video: Dog Deliberately Used As Autonomous Weapon, Deliberate Attack By Dog Owner James W. McCaig” at this domain) to warrant this domain. I have pondered cattleman McCaig’s motivation & intention.
Obvious possible (plausible) explanation: McCaig has tried to coerce me with physical violence to discourage me from transiting McCaig road frontage. Why? Perhaps my existence displeases McCaig. Oooohhh, the poor fella! Perhaps there are 3 possibilities:
1) It is that reason, or approximately that reason.
2) It is some other reason, rational or not.
3) It is for no reason. This 3rd explanation might be dismissed as duplicative, but is included here for thoroughness.
One might argue that McCaig bases, justifies his crime spree of threats and assaults against me because while I was legally bicycling on public roadway, I was ambushed by McCaig’s two vicious attack dogs.
McCaig’s vicious pit bull dogs drove me off the road again, and were closing in on me as lethal predators instinctively do.
Even if not rational, that might seem a plausible explanation for McCaig’s violent crime spree. It does not however explain the multiple vicious dog incidents perpetrated by McCaig BEFORE the killing of one of the two attackers. So we know as a certitude there’s more to this than simple retribution.
In fact, retribution is defined as: “Punishment administered in return for a wrong committed.”
ANY such “retribution” by McCaig against me is impossible for reasons a, b, & c listed below. Retribution is impossible until a wrong is committed.
The day of that shooting I dictated an incident report to a New York State trooper. Immediately before my dictation I explained to the trooper:
“Trooper, it’s what’s known in law as the predicate act.
– The dog was shot in self defense.
– There can be no defense if there is no attack.
– There can be no attack unless the dog owner breaks the law.”
So even if it is conspicuously irrational that James W. McCaig would harbor resentment against his crime victim for the direct consequence of cattleman McCaig’s own dangerous criminal misconduct, what other more plausible explanation is there?
a) I have never broken the law against McCaig.
b) I have never told any lie against McCaig.
c) I have never done any wrong to McCaig. I’ll be delighted to persuade that in detail to the jury, if ever I am blessed with the opportunity.
And I hereby emphatically, vehemently urge ANYone including McCaig that challenges any of this to offer their perspective to provide counterpoint to this introductory post.

Yet McCaig’s violent crime spree has persisted every year since the self-defense killing of one of McCaig’s two vicious attack dogs. How can we explain this McCaig criminal persistence?

Greetings friends and neighbors.
This afternoon Thursday December 14 it has occurred to me, sticklers for accuracy might accuse me of deliberate falsification here, because incident to the self-defense shooting of one of McCaig’s two vicious attack dogs I left 3 spent shell casings on the West shoulder of Gray – Wilmurt Rd. opposite #1060 Gray – Wilmurt Rd, the location where McCaig’s ambush occurred. Littering is a violation of law, in my opinion. Therefore if guilty, the above quoted assertion “… never broken the law …” might be deemed incorrect, even if not deliberately deceptive.
As a principle I do not countenance littering. If not for the mortal combat I’d have been inclined to recover the casings so as not to litter. But without the mortal combat there would have been none.
I made an exception in this case, to mark the McCaig crime scene for police, imagining there might be an investigation. Before I got home * that day I discussed with investigating New York State troopers my reason for leaving the shell casings where they fell, to mark the scene, to document McCaig’s crime.
That conversation would seem to me to be tantamount to a confession of littering, in my opinion.
However: there is a centuries long-standing tradition in law enforcement known as “De minimis”. In layman’s terms De minimis means: of insufficient importance to warrant judicial attention.
When I posted earlier this month: “a) I have never broken the law against McCaig.” I had forgotten marking this crime scene in this way. After all, I’m a retired seasoned citizen, and this crime by McCaig occurred most of a decade ago. It was not my intention to deceive. Instead, in the passage of the years, my memory has faltered enough for me to need several days to recall this detail.
I now publicly confess it in the interest of personal integrity and public safety.
If McCaig has been both threatening to, and attempting to severely injure me for littering, we may have a broader issue to contend with. I would like to believe littering is not important here.
None the less, in the interest of full disclosure, and because I take personal integrity extremely seriously, I acknowledge my “lawlessness” (if it can be considered that under the circumstance) regarding this roadside litter. Had I done otherwise might I not be guilty of disturbing McCaig’s crime scene? “Destruction of evidence”? Shall we let the jury decide? Perhaps, or evidently NYSP has already made that decision.
I should add, according to New York State Police Investigator Rose, NYSP conducted a two month long investigation of this shooting, apparently in search of a violation of law to accuse me of at law court. If not that, what?
Approximately two months after the shooting Investigator Rose telephoned me to inform me the investigation was being closed. She did not mention littering in that conversation.
Again, my apology for my inadvertent omission. No fraud or deception was intended. My memory of that day remains viable, but is not photographic.
* McCaig, the criminal, called the police on his victim. What does that tell us about McCaig? Thus on a bicycle course that normally requires less than two hours to complete, I met NYSP about half-way through the course.

If I attempted to reply to each of your accusations all at once it would be wasted effort, an avalanche of factual detail even I your victim would find dull.
