between house and Nellis Rd. According to the time stamp, it took the driver 20 seconds to drive from his ambush stage pictured above to his intercept site pictured below, the Nellis intersection barely visible upper left at the roadway’s horizon. A quarter mile in 20 seconds? And you think the bicyclist is the danger?

Stop videoing my house or next time I will run you over.
As you can see the camera doesn’t handle this lighting condition well. The microphone may not be much better, so I’ve omitted quotation marks. The above disclosure is transcribed to the best of my limited ability, faithful to the meaning if not the precise wording. Clarifications / corrections eagerly emphatically invited.
There are some ironies here. For example: the driver’s complaint is about me using a camera in public. Though there are exceptions such as restricted government installations, those exceptions don’t apply here. Not only is such camera use not illegal. It is a law court recognized Constitutional right.
“Public ground” & “public property” includes Gray – Wilmurt Road.

The irony here is while Article #1 of our Bill of Rights does NOT protect criminal speech such as that conspicuously displayed as above, #1A surely does protect forensic videography at a well known crime scene. While parental protectionism is admirable, it seems this resident wants the convenience of nearby supermarket shopping, yet also wants the seclusion any rational mind would have good reason to expect when residing at the most remote portions of Idaho, Nebraska, or a Dakota. Unfortunately this simpleminded solitude seeker seems to think his legitimate path to seclusion can include him deliberately making the adult choice to reside on a corner lot, at what Justice Fleming has characterized as a major Ohio intersection. And to reside there without growing a hedge, installing a fence, or whatever other accommodation chosen within the law. Instead, gray truck driver thinks the appropriate way to bridge this gargantuan absurdity gap is to usurp the Constitutional right of his neighbor that has NEVER broken the law against him, NEVER told a lie against him, and NEVER done him wrong. That’s not the only possible explanation. He may be prophylactically defensive because he’s hiding something. Like what?

Your illegal message is received neighbor. And now I have a message for you sir, albeit meticulously legal, to the best of my knowledge. Again, please advise.
My message:
a) Don’t start no spit, won’t be no spit.
b) While these graphics may seem weak to you (& me), they’re snips from full 1080HD date stamped / time stamped video. What’s already posted here is good enough for now. But there’s plenty more, and the jury if ever there is one can expect a nice 65″ flat panel to review the evidence in 1080HD detail.
These vids look pretty good that way.
c) The cliché is, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I’m sincerely not sure you’re bright enough to understand this, but photography is not a crime.
I am not subject to your command.
I am not impressed by your conspicuously cowardly threats. You threatening to run over a bicyclist twice your age, you driving a 2 ton truck is about as cowardly as I’ve ever heard. Your Momma know about this?
If you had chosen to present this public safety issue constructively, I’m confident we could have reached a mutually agreeable compromise. There’s important detail you don’t know. Problem is, your free-floating anxiety has no basis in law, no basis in fact, and demonstrates you believe one neighbor has authority to treat his neighbor’s exercise of a Constitutional right as a crime.
Do you have any idea how absurd your position, your criminal threat is?

Threatening me won’t help you. Constructive problem solving can’t fail. BUT !
If you think your children would be better off graduating high school with their Pappy a long-tenured resident of Sing Sing prison, you may be right.
A closing thought:
you may not enjoy being disrespected here. Perhaps one day you will learn the wisdom of Galations 6:7, you reap what you sow.
If you want respect you first must respect others. Threatening vehicular homicide is hardly a cordial introduction to a neighbor that has NEVER done you wrong.
