It hadn’t occurred to me until recently you actually believe your WKTV libel.

I can help you find clarity, resolution. $10,000.oo Reward offered to you J.W. and or anyone else with qualifying evidence.

McCaig’s lie:

The fact:

I, named victim in multiple law court issued orders of protection, to the very best of my knowledge have:

a) NEVER broken the law against James W. McCaig

b) NEVER told a lie against McCaig

c) NEVER done McCaig wrong.

Anyone including McCaig with legitimate, viable, forensic evidence proving any of the three statements above, a, b, or c, deliberately knowingly false or substantially maliciously deceptive is entitled to win or share a one time only $10,000.oo reward.

In the event of multiple submissions, a McCaig entry would receive priority, as the aggrieved party. All legitimate entries welcome.

To qualify for reward eligibility consideration, submissions must be viable, legally obtained evidence capable of persuading a jury, should the matter be put to trial, and must also be submitted publicly at McCaig.Info to be considered eligible. Any such submission / application must be posted sufficiently in advance to provide adequate time for examination, investigation, corroboration, validation of the submission.

The awarder’s decision is final.

What confidence can McCaig have this offer is extended in good faith, and the designated terms be acted upon responsibly, as stated?

1) They’re my terms. If I didn’t like them, I could change them before making this offer public.

2) In law the standard is not “burden of disproof”. Ridiculous. The legal standard is “burden of proof”, and it’s the accuser’s obligation to provide it.

So far, to my knowledge, McCaig has nothing but lies, excuses, libel or slander to justify McCaig’s own now nearly decade long, human-life threatening violent crime spree. For what? To avenge the death of one of McCaig’s two vicious attack dogs? – preposterous –

– The welfare of McCaig’s livestock is McCaig’s responsibility. McCaig blames his violent crime victim.

– How can McCaig obtain vengeance against someone that has never done him wrong? – bizarre –

But then, bizarre seems to be the McCaig SOP. How many other violent serial criminals can you name that first perpetrate serious, human-life threatening crime that results in gunfire, bloodshed, and death, and then reports his victim to the police? As if the criminal were the victim? – ridiculous, but none the less true in this McCaig case –

3) There’s no need or merit for me to play McCaig’s silly game of burden of disproof. No such standard of law applies here. If McCaig has any evidence a, b, or c, above is wrong, all he need do is present it at McCaig.Info, and allow the verification process to conclude, before the reward is issued.

4) If I had actually ever substantially broken the law against McCaig, for example, if I actually had shot & killed one of McCaig’s two vicious attack dogs while they were harmlessly lounging on McCaig private property, McCaig might have some emotional basis for his now nearly decade long violent crime spree. BUT ! Even in that case, James W. McCaig’s multi-year human-life threatening violent crime spree would not be any less illegal. Either way J. McCaig is a dangerous criminal, a violent outlaw, not competent enough for adequate self-employment, and conspicuously ill-adept at first obtaining, and then retaining viable employment.

5) To make a formal written commitment and then renege on it would be extremely foolish. It undermines / exposes as a liar the one that originally made the commitment. My own reputation is worth more to me than the cost of making good on this commitment, in the exceedingly unlikely event any such viable evidence appears.

6) If indeed I have done McCaig wrong, actual factual harm, then I would eagerly pay this reward in full, as partial compensation. If I actually have done McCaig substantially wrong, deliberately or otherwise I would sincerely like to know about it, AND to make amends. I’m willing to pay $10K for full disclosure of such information & evidence. McCaig’s groundless character assassinating lies do not qualify here.

BUT !

7) The truth is I sincerely believe any such legitimate evidence is not forthcoming. Why?

Because if I had ever done McCaig wrong, even something so trivial as vandalizing his U.S. Mailbox (criminal, but usually not human-life threatening), I would know about it. It would have been me. I would have been there. To the very best of my knowledge, I have never significantly broken the law against McCaig, done him wrong.

Thus the reality is, McCaig reward eligibility aside, my primary intention is not to make the outlaw $10,000.oo richer, but to:

– expose the libel and or slander McCaig may have spread to assassinate my character, and

– interfere with McCaig denying to himself his own unmistakable culpability both in the death of one of his two dogs, and in the years long crime spree that followed.

Why have I dredged this up after most of a decade has elapsed? Why don’t I just shrug it off like a man, get over it, remove the chip from my shoulder, get on with my life?

The fact is, I’m eager to do so, and sincerely believed and hoped I had. Then on Thursday August 21st McCaig deliberately staged another incident, again with a deadly weapon. This time an apparent roadblock attempt, deliberately blocking both North & South traffic lanes, not the first time McCaig has attempted this with a tractor. Not only did McCaig do so as seen here:

The extended video shows McCaig’s vehicle remained parked in traffic lane awaiting my return transit of McCaig’s #1060 Gray – Wilmurt Road frontage. This is familiar McCaig behavior. A disproportionate number of these McCaig incidents occur on the second of two #1060 road frontage transits.

I am not tenaciously grasping at straws to continue McCaig’s crime spree for my personal joy of having my life repeatedly threatened with an arsenal of deadly weapons, in my own residential neighborhood.

I’m holding McCaig to account, in a violent crime spree the most recent encounter having occurred last week.

James W. McCaig, if you or anyone you know has viable evidence I’ve ever done you wrong, please present it at this Internet domain.

Since you don’t / won’t / can’t, just what is it you hope to prove? That you’re a child with a nearly decade long grudge against your victim? Message received loud & clear.

And FYI McCaig:

I hadn’t purchased this Internet domain in hope of maintaining it for perpetuity. Though I’ve kept plans flexible, I thought a useful measure of time to let the matter rest, & close the domain permanently would be an interval of time equal to that between your first violation of law against me, and the most recent. Again FYI I thought that clock had already begun ticking, marking around a year of elapsed time, until after Wednesday the 20th August, 2025. Unfortunately for you the illegal roadblock you staged on the 21st not only resets the timer to zero. It also adds an additional year. 2033?

So you have a choice to make J.W.

Which of the two is your higher priority?

You continuing your now nearly decade long violent, cowardly crime spree, for the sheer sadistic joy of both threatening to do, and attempting to do serious bodily harm to a neighbor both old enough to be your uncle, and also one that has never done you wrong?

You want to continue this until your daughter’s divorce is finalized?

If so, (please pardon my phrasing) she may be dogged by your violent criminal misconduct for most of her life.

Or have you developed enough spine to realize when you drag your own name through the dirt, you drag others also named McCaig within your own bloodline down with you. Is that OK with you? Is it OK with them?

And McCaig, if you wish to challenge my characterization of your attempt to force me into a head-on collision on public roadway, me on a bicycle, you in an automobile please let me know and I’ll add the video at McCaig.Info. That way not only your daughter will be able to see her pappy attempting murder, but also provide her schoolmates, her classmates the opportunity to taunt her about it.

UPDATE: McCaig has had enough time to apply for this $10K.

Neither McCaig nor anyone else has offered any such evidence. No body has even applied for it either in the year 2025, or in 2026.

No surprise. There isn’t any. I already knew that. McCaig should have too. Part of James W. McCaig’s hostility is human-life threatening violence, with an arsenal of deadly weapons. An additional component is McCaig’s attack on character, in law called “libel“.

Justice Fleming characterized James W. McCaig of #1060 Gray – Wilmurt Rd as not merely a criminal, not merely a dangerous criminal but “the most dangerous violent serial criminal” in Justice Fleming’s town of Ohio, NY jurisdiction. The $10K offer was not to reward McCaig’s multi-year human-life threatening violent crime spree.

Instead it was simply to expose McCaig’s lies, demonstrating McCaig has no such evidence, because there is no such evidence, because his chosen victim has never wronged him.

Was the $10K offer kept secret from McCaig, knowing he could apply for and obtain the $10K, but he didn’t because he didn’t know it was offered?

McCaig SHOULD have been aware of it. The following graphic images document the postcard and content mailed USPS addressed to the criminal himself on Monday August 25, 2025, almost 9 months ago. No one has applied for the $10K.

For this reason the $10K reward offer terminates at the end of May, 2026.

Worth noting:

The violent criminal James W. McCaig may not like documented truth presented to the cyberverse under his own family name at McCaigDotInfo.

It would not be, except James W. McCaig chose to either threaten to do, and or attempt to do potentially lethal criminal violence year after year, and three separate levels of government unwilling to do any more than the perfunctory minimum to enforce the law against him.

That includes Justice Fleming colluding with McCaig. And NY State Trooper Greenwood reviewing date-stamped / time-stamped 1080HD video of McCaig breaking the law, and Greenwood falsely asserting: “That’s not illegal.” Trooper Gurdo said: “He said it wasn’t him. ok Bye Bye”

Note regarding Gurdo:

a) It was “him”, James W. McCaig.

b) McCaig knows it was him.

c) I have enough evidence to believe I can inform / persuade a jury it was McCaig that deliberately staged an ambush, attempting to force bicyclist into a head-on collision on public roadway, McCaig behind the wheel of the automobile / deadly weapon.

Please do not infer what I have not implied. J.W. may be an accomplished whiner. But every complaint McCaig attributes to me I’ve learned of from Ohio town residents, from WKTV broadcast, or from complaints to the New York State Police, traces back directly to McCaig’s own prior criminal misconduct.

I deduce you generally don’t tend to accrue much tenure with your various employers. McCaigDotInfo may be part of the reason. I’m not trying to keep food from the McCaig family dining table. Instead I’d like to return to the level of law-&-order that prevailed in Ohio, NY before James W. McCaig of #1060 moved into my home town.

a) You or they don’t start any more spit, there won’t be any more spit.

b) Though you may not have noticed, I can be inexcusably reasonable and accommodating. Not only am I willing to consider reasonable / equitable offers to modify the content of the McCaigDotInfo domain. I have not outright ruled out selling the domain, IF the offer is reasonable, sensible.

That may be easier said than done, as you have set substantial obstacle before yourself to reaching an amicable agreement.
